Yes, you have an ulnar nerve problem. Get it checked out, shit can get pretty bad if you let it. Don't keep your elbows bent all the time.

I get problems with tendinitis and my median nerve, wrecks my art gains.

I had this problem too, it fucked me up mentally for at least a month and really impeded my progress and overall happiness. Just make sure you give it lots of rest, apply ice/heat/, do stretches every hour. It will get better gradually and eventually you'll recover completely unless you have underlying issues with your tendons or median nerve.
