That's the main one for you. Matt Kohr will do you well. Like the only "absolute beginner" tutorialist that hasn't received a right /ic/ thrashing. Just a bit of one.
Main tip would be don't be afraid to lose progress. You got your nice rendered fucking tree that you've painted and it's right in the way of the perfect place for a river, just paint over it.
Also, everything traditional painters is absolutely applicable and most "digital painting" exclusive techniques just look like horseshit.
How did people learn to digital paint before Matt Kohr? Obviously he's just a tutorial boy salesman who got in at the right place at the right time.

Speedpaints/timelapses, tutorials, classes, and the good ol "just picking up the stylus and painting like you would traditionally" existed long before he did.
Good starting point though.
