Hey Old Man, that guy is not "his", OP didn't make it. He just cut out a character from a manga, pasted it in random background and added floaty texts. This guy has been posting this shit in draw threads and beg threads for weeks I think, with cringe dialogue.

Never sure if he's trolling or just autistic. There isn't even a story in his little comic or w/e. Not sure if he thinks this is funny. It just looks like failed unprovocative trolling.
