Always a pleasure to meet a fellow Orff fan. The likeness may be a bit off in places...

put some lightened ultramarine blue and lightened yellowish orange in the face. and increase highlight on the pink by adding more white. right now colors are quite unpleasant and grotesque

It's good to me. I don't have eyes sharp enough or experience to tell what's wrong. If you'd like to make changes, think twice if you need them and make them very subtle or experiment before off canvas. I feel you are at the point now where you'd need a opinion of more experienced/different artist IRL.

Also I feel IRL this painting feels different, I see that you barier thickness of paint, oil paint also captures light in specific way so...yeah, I don't know if /ic/ would be able to help you at this point.
