Yeah, I'm even using the newest drivers.
I completely removed all old drivers beforehand, got the newest drivers from wacom and installed them before plugging the tablet in.

I have NO fucking idea what to do.

Is this with a Pro Pen 2? I've read it has issues with the new Cintiqs. Maybe Intuos as well. Try using your old pen if you have one.

Have to turned off windows pen and gesture shit?

update your drivers, use SAI or get lazy nezumi

Google around, I found that using an older driver (not sure the exact version but it's mentioned when I googled the jitter problem) fixed it for me.

Are you on a Mac with Sierra? They have known issues. Older drivers might work better.
