I usually done the sketch phase with only a few rough line to contruct the figure then go straight to drawing.
Is this normal? I saw a lot of artist sketch a lot more then this, sometime they even make it look like lineart.
If this is a bad habit then is there anyway to fix it? help me d/ic/k. Pic relate

Why don't you post what you've drawn? If it works, it works. If your drawings are coming out bad then yeah you should change the way you do things.
Without any examples nobody will be able to tell you where you're messing up if at all

You only do as much construction or sketching as you need to do.
What often gets lost in the endless /ic/ discussions on theory are the practical considerations for those who are drawing to tell a story, or drawing for animation/cartooning. Simplified styles are as much about speed as they are about aesthetics. If you can draw without doing unnecessary sketching, more power to you. Eloquence is a virtue in line art.
That said, looking at your images, you might not be challenging yourself enough with unfamiliar angles or elaborate structures (I would also suggest for the purposes of training that you do not skip drawing the far eye in 1/3 views). Try to draw some difficult views, and try to draw turns in sequence. As long as you can utilize construction and sketching to solve problems that you run into, then you're fine.

I usually goes into my comfort zone when doing random sketch and have fun and only come out of it when drawing a serious piece. Should i start doing the opposite? and can you suggest a site that have a good amount of pose and body references to pratices on?

Not bad. Do you feel like you keep progressing with your technique? Do you like your style? If yes, then keep going so. There's no need to overcomplicate stuff without need.

I think is process nicely with my art and the style is sometime good sometime lousy but overall i quite happy with it. The only problem i think i having right now is how long the lineart phase for me.
I think most people only need like what? few hours for line art? Some piece took like days for me so i thought i did something wrong.
On paper I sketch normally but when using tablet, I use big brush size then paint silhouette, much more easier.

How long do you spend drawing each line?
