Redpill me about drawing on iPad.
Which app is the best? Do you need a special stylus? If yes, which kind? Tell me all you know
-Procreate
-Ipad pro + apple pencil is the only respectable way to go

The new ipad pro is supposed to be announced in like 5 days or something, don't buy yet.

Also, this.
I've seen some people achieve good results with a regular ipad, but it's kinda like painting with a mouse.

In all seriousness at least get the disc stylus, it is great and feels natural.

can these be used with a wacom cintiq for example? or is it just for normie tablets/phones?
The cintiq should respond to these, but I do know that they don't have pressure sensitivity.
i'm a cheap ass hoe with no money, is that $40 amazon fire tablet good for drawing?

The cintiq will not respond to this, mobile touch screens are a completely different technology than what Wacom uses.Wacom uses resonant electromagnetic technology in the screen to talk to the pen, mobile screens use capacitive technologies. These styluses won't have any way to talk to the cintiq, and enabling it to do that would violate Wacom's trademarks.

Procreate if you want something quick and hassle-free that still packs a punch
Paintstorm pro if you want extensive brush options, natural/realistic painting and want to customize all the things
There is no substitute for the Apple pencil
