The cintiq will not respond to this, mobile touch screens are a completely different technology than what Wacom uses.Wacom uses resonant electromagnetic technology in the screen to talk to the pen, mobile screens use capacitive technologies. These styluses won't have any way to talk to the cintiq, and enabling it to do that would violate Wacom's trademarks.

Paintstorm pro if you want extensive brush options, natural/realistic painting and want to customize all the things
There is no substitute for the Apple pencil
