it's not bad. you could probably push the values a bit more, adding darker core shadows and shadows in general to her skin.
another thing that is off putting is your uneven use of a smaller brush for details on her lips and eyes. instead of doing that use a bigger brush and try to stylize those areas a bit more. either that or add more details to all the rest. your choice.

The fix on the ear and shoulder seem correct (her clavicle is in a really weird position in the OP).

Squishing the face just makes her look like a nine year old, along with how small her body gets once the shoulder is fixed. That might be what OP wanted but if not the face changes are irrelevant and body/shoulders could be wider.

Still wrong, Nosey. Not about accuracy or how well you drew the box, it's about where you're putting the horizon. Horizon is below the picture. You can see the underside of the chin and the jacket collar is lined up with the head, and curves indicating that you are looking up at it. Your box would mean everything blow the mouth would be viewed at from above, not below.
