Look at the hips and shoulders of a fighter when theyre throwing a punch. They don't stand there flatly facing their target. Look at the way they twist. Use a reference so you can get the motion into your drawing

Okay, I decided to change pose to something more simple. I took reference and chose to make it more of a more dodging sort of stance. I think I might need to just start over.

You're supposed to be drawing boxes, not boxers op

Looks like you need to just learn the basics of dynamic poses and gestures. As well as anatomy. There's no shame in staying over. I don't erase previous attempts so that I can see what I'm consistently getting right and wrong. And it helps me focus my efforts
