Hey I don't know why but I figured turning to 4chan for advice would be beneficial. Have been working on a massive multimedia project for the last 6 months and I am desperate to leave this life behind and pursue it and I know there are many ways to make that happen but they all involve a LOT of money. I don't expect someone or an institution to be able to fund the entire project but $10,000+ to get the wheels in motion would be a godsend, so I was wondering if anyone knew any people or organisations that fund or support artists and would be able to help out.
I would elaborate on it in further detail to someone I could contact who could be able to help fund it, but not here lol. Sorry
I am in Australia if that helps, so something based here or on an international scale would be really helpful. Thankyou

It's mostly childish manga drawings on paper and digital tablets.

You would need to look at art organizations in your discipline, and look up art grants. It is pretty hard to get art grants because they are so competitive.
Otherwise you'll need to network at galleries and events (either by just showing up, or displaying your work), hoping a rich person will sponsor you. This is pretty much what most artists do to get funding.
