Couple things here.

1. He doesn't even sketch or plan out his images anymore. He has other artists do the work for him."Imaa helped me with the sketching of this concept,"

2. What the flying fuck is going on with the anatomy? Is he really so blind he couldn't see this glaring error? Even a non-artist would see it's completely wrong.

I don't see anything wrong with Shad asking other artists to do his work. Shad still colors it and makes it his image.
