technically no it is violation of IP laws. however the Japanese tend to think of it as allowable for the most part as kind of promotion and such. some companies like pokemon people dont like it though and go after it. so it just depends. but the real answer is no. but if its free you can just claim fair use and hopefully that will get you out of any kind of bullshit you may get into.

I get that it's a porn comic but you're doing a bang up job improving it, however your panels have very little flow, and more importantly, the speech bubbles interrupt the reading order of the panels.

Try to plan out how the entire page is laid out and how it will be read by doing the speech bubbles first.
