Unappealing, you have a complete lack of any ability to properly draw a face, the "spatter" technique for the background is a cop out and uninteresting and does nothing to add value to the work at all.

In a school setting, this is the kind of thing one expects to see from people before they study art - it's amatuer at best, and not even a good portfolio piece.

I would start from the beginning, with learning how to draw.

learn the basic position of things in a human head and it could get nice (im a sucker for dark edgy art)

Before learning human anatomy you need to work really hard on lines. Right now you're drawing furry things
