How can someone who sucks at drawing since childhood improve ?

I've been drawing since kindergarden and stopped during I high school, because I am not good at it/can't like what I draw.

Even had an art teacher for 1 year (during high school) and I chose to quit because still wasn't making any progress.

I'm sure nobody gives a fuck, but I've been trying to delete this thread via PC and just found out that it can't be deleted because it's too old.

And I honestly haven't been practicing art for as long as I said I have.

I just wanted advice on how to improve faster.
