It looks like you photocopy your faces, which is alright, but your anatomy and gestures suffer a little. Also your perspective is not that great.

Still better than 99% of /ic though, which is why at your level you don't need to take any advice from this place if you want to get further.

You should do more studies of foreign cultures, fashion, history, nature etc to boost your visual library and come up with more daring and original ideas. It's the same fantasy/sci-fi uninspired portfolio that gives your potential clients no reason to look for your work specifically.

her thigh is so short it looks like it's ampupated at first glance, which brings us to my next point:

Decide whether you want to be an environment or character designer and stick with that decision. I wouldn't even mention that amputated leg if you had some god-tier environments in your gallery, and same goes for an employer.
You can do all sorts of stuff but one thing should stand out and define your portfolio.

That blue circular blade with futuristic armor is a little too reminiscent of Halo, imo.

I would try tweaking that design, maybe tweaking the colors or doing something else to change the silhouette. Just a suggestion.
