So as far as things go, I wouldn't call it the lowest form of art since it is still attempting to get across the artist's feelings or intentions.

Its better than shitting in a toilet and calling it art at least.

Webcomics aren't a different art form than any regular graphic novel. An art form doesn't change based on the distribution method. So if you're saying webcomics are the lowest art form, you are saying graphic novels and sequential art in general are the lowest art forms, which is a pretty fucking stupid opinion to hold even amongst contrarian hipsters.

The point of a comic is that you can use drawings and text together. The drawings (which aren't even good) are serving no purpose in relationship to the words and are being crowded off the page by them. The writing isn't even good and the punchlines are shit as well so the payoff for slogging through it is very low. Ideally if you're going to do something you should play to the strengths of the medium you're using.

It's the way it's delivered and execution.
It could've been an entire story on it's own beginning in medias res, but rather sticks to the regular comic book format. No exciting visuals to add. Just flat dreck, and the speech bubble has inconsistent flow and makes it hard to read unless you pull out a magnifying glass to make sense of the situation without losing track.
