a) Lots of hard work and discipline

b) Has internalized perspective. Boxes can be used to model everything. He can rotate boxes in his head (probably, I haven't been inside his head, but if you work out those spatial intelligence muscles in your brain, you can mentally rotate objects easily, which is almost certainly what he's doing)

c) Big visual library. He's constantly working from life, putting things in his memory, he studies a shit ton. Real life is the best reference.

d) Has a sense of aesthetics. This is called having a style. If you have no aesthetics, your work won't look as appealing.

Can someone explain why /ic/ has such a boner for him? His finished work is pretty good I guess but there are definitely better artists. Is the appeal that he can draw it with no construction?
