Youtube tutorials aren't doing it for me anymore, I need real advice.
I'm a student of Design of Visual Communications in a very small town in an even smaller Southeastern European country and I chose this college because it was the closest to what I could get to cartooning/illustration. I like it, but I've always wanted to be a cartoonist, and this school doesn't offer that kind of education.
Getting interested in the work students of Cartooning at SVA NYC do made me realize that if I ever want to get good at this I have to look up to the ones that are best somewhere where competition exists, and not be the best in an environment where no one cares (my case).
If there's anyone so incredibly kind to want to maybe exchange artwork for critique, or show me what homework/schoolwork assignments they get in their college (cartooning, animation, illustration, ...) or anything like that, it would mean the world to me. I'll leave an e-mail if anyone's seriously interested in some 21st century ColaboraciĆ³n
tl;dr: I wanna know what kind of assignments cartooning students get and learn from them because I'm a poor southeurofag
>pic related, its my own work
