Honest question, how do you find time to draw day to day? After work I am just so tired I just watch youtube videos/netflix, eat, take a bath and sleep for like 6 hours before going to work again, only in sundays I draw about 2 hours but I have been like this since highschool and I havent learned anything, I still draw like shit.

Are you all NEET or what? I really need Time, I sleep about 6 hours so I am tired most of the day I have about 4 to 3 hours of free time a day sinc eit takes almost 2 hours to commute from house to work and the shift is 10+ horus

I already feel like a zombie most of the day with just 6 hours, I watch TV because I am to tired for even videogame shit, much less drawing. In fact, I am at my job but I have an external USB with a portable web browser.

Probably high standards. If you see really good art and can't produce the same level probably would hate your own.

Caffeine is a bad idea, but cardio isn't. Try it. Habits take a few weeks to build, so don't give up. As long as you try, you're likely to succeed.

NAYRT but the Monster Rehab energy drinks have given me a caffeine rush without the crash. Obviously it's still horrible for you since it's an energy drink, but that's something to consider. They actually taste like things (lemonade, raspberry tea, orange, pink lemonade are the current flavors) instead of ??? like the normal Monsters.

I agree with this. I'd add vitamin water and turmeric mixed into yogurt, in order to oxygenate your body.

I'm starting to worry about my mental health. I can't even masturbate anymore, for some reason porn has just stopped working for me. All I can bring myself to do when I'm off work is to lay in bed and watch whatever, documentaries, scary stuff, I used to watch cartoons on streamings and talk to people, but nowadays I cant do it because sitting is to tiresome I just want to lay on bed.

Replaced my 23:00-27:00 activities with drawing for the past 3-4yrs. I used to stay up till 29:00, but I heard some anon got epilepsy from sleep deprivation so I dialed it back to 27:00. Otherwise same schedule for over 7 yrs

Honestly, the only YouTuber I likes rarely makes videos, I'm only keeping up with 1 show, and I read at times that honestly wouldn't be the best setting for draw. I just don't like a lot of things. It's really just music and drawing.

You need to change your life. 2 hours in a commute is insanity - move closer to your job, or find a job closer to you. Find a job that isn't a 10 hour shift.

The reality is, you can't learn with a schedule like that. You're probably running a serious case of low level depression from lack of sleep and being chronically tired. It's not healthy.

And don't say "I can't change anything", you're just not aware of all of your options.

I don't have to work full time, I take temporal weekend jobs to save to remodel and rent one part of my house to get more easy money.
