I recently decided to get into realistic drawing and I've been using the video tutorial series The Structure of Man: Learn To Draw The Human Figure From Your Mind by Riven Phoenix. I'm enjoying it so far and was looking for other resources I could use to help me improve and this seems like a good place to ask for pointers.

if you intend to learn anatomy proper, look at text books or find artists with teaching merit.
