I've tried to convince my own friend to do that, but they still see themselves at risk of being discovered due to similar art styles even in their porn.
On a semi-related note, what does /ic/ think about who draw porn on the side while having a respectable art career? Take Noill for example, well-known smut peddler and also creating indie games. The style between his art and game is indistinguishable and you'd only notice it was Noill's work if you knew it from porn, but there's no attempt to hide it.
Is it better to embrace your dark history of drawn porn if you want to do something serious with your art in the future or hide it?
Will society ever consider drawn smut okay? Or is it only okay when a woman does it i.e. the girl that directed Skullgirls?

Generally being honest is probably better than hiding it and it being found out later, but under certain circumstances I'd try to hide it.

If I was doing controversial fetish stuff. Especially loli, furry and the other stuff listed under "STUFF I DONT WANNA DRAW" on the image you posted then I think it would be best to keep your porn under a different name.
But anything more vanilla than that I don't think there would be much harm in not hiding it unless your main SFW stuff is targeted towards a young audience (eg. children's book illustration)

This just my opinion and what I'd probably do. Normies might have a different one though. Take it all with a grain of salt.
