How do you guys resize you images without losing definition? Photoshop always seems to make it lose quality when I resize my images.

Paint at least at 200% of the intended size, use sharpen filter when downscaling exporting to jpg

Bicubic Smoother is supposedly better for Resizing to a bigger size, and Bicubic Sharper for Resizing to a lower size.

Thanks guys. I experimented with photoshop and yeah, bicubic sharper and bilinear seem to give the best results for downsizing but there's still quality loss unfortunately.
