Hey guys for people who are just starting out freelance and small studios, how normal is it to be scolded or talked down to by your directors or clients over mistakes? Does that happen in bigger studios, I always hear about them being tough but they always seem like super chill places to work.
From what my teachers who are still working professionals have told me, you're going to be dealing with a lot of asshole clients like that in freelance work. A LOT of asshole clients.

That's why you need to git gud in order to work at those bigger, nicer studios with better reputations I guess. I've heard that it's actually nice to work as a visdev artist at a place like Disney but positions are limited and they only hire the best of the best.
