Speaking of your orc is kind of boring design wise-if you got rid of the tooth you would have a strong elf, if you got rid of the ears it would be a strong man. I feel like if you played with his design you wouldn't have to tell the audience that the MC is an orc , especially in the same page where they get the first look at him. The sentence

Kind of broke up the, for lack of a better word, pacing of the page.
I like how the frames are tilted and how they coincide with the character's actions, interesting angles like that would make for a great viewing experience.
Its certainly passable, I don't read a lot of comics but I might subscribe to yours if I did.
You can take my criticisms with salt as I was just typing my first impression of these two pages.

8/10 the screentone thing is cute, the drawing is ok, the (i don't know the wanky 'sequential arts' term) way the panels flow is okay, probably the weakest part though, hard to tell from 2 pages of course. so good job overall, hope you've got the work ethic for it.

It's definitely passable as far as technique goes, based on the little you have shown us so far. Not a fan of the non descript anime style though.

your backgrounds are super strong. i like the composition and poses well enough, but even with your action lines (which help) both the lady and the foot seem unmoving and stiff. you have the same problem here >>2937140 most noticeably in the forearms/hands of the lady, and the shoulders of the guy.
it's a lack of weight, almost. you could probably push some lineweight to fix the problem without having to redo everything.
