I'm well aware that my art blows but can I get some advice on how to improve this one?

It's impossible to really give you advice besides "read the sticky, start learning fundamentals" because the only way to improve this would be to start it over completely. Every part of it is bad.
Learn how to break this down into simpler shapes and learn some anatomy (or at least look at your own hands jeez those hands).
Also, don't make your own thread for your art. There are generals for that

God, I'm so glad i'm out of the "its terrible but i cant improve it" zone

The easiest thing that instantly improves your work is learning human proportions, and making them correct in the sketch phase.
Second, when you think of a pose, act it out in front of a mirror, hold a scarf or something and see how your body, arm, hand, etc. looks.
Your work lacks bot fluidity and sense of form atm. this improves if you do gesture drawings, breaking the body down to simple forms and drawing them in a 3d space, so fundamental stuff.
I wouldn't work on this piece more, I'd just save it and redraw it later.

You dont "improve this one" you fucking scrap it, read the sticky, stop posting for at least 6 months and "improve" on your overall skill.
And stop making a thread everytime one of you snowflakes want to show one fucking trainwreck of yours, there are beginner threads, question threads, stylization threads and so on.
For fucks sake does noone lurk anymore before posting?
