This is how /ic/ used to be. Sure, it got spammy, but the board was a lot more active back then. Some things should probably be in generals. It would be silly to have individual threads for each art book that gets uploaded, for example. You can't really say much there other than thanks.

Posts in generals get hidden underneath the other posts. It's fine if you just wanted a quickie critique/feedback, but if you want something detailed, it's fine to have your own threads. This isn't /icg/. It's just plain old /ic/.

i like it a lot, i'm keen to see how it develops. i think aesthetically it's on point. particularly the highlight on her arm, which reminds me of aquatint. although that highlight probably shouldn't be made up of lines running across the form as everything else in the picture shows a marked tendency towards the vertical, the elongated horse face, the woman's pose, the background elements etc.
