The most important thing to me when drawing breasts, is to give them weight. Just the slighest hint of sag usually does the trick, though it's a fine line to thread. It's also important to remember the curvature of the ribcage and that the breasts aren't resting on a flat surface. It's something I still struggle with though, and I usually end up with breasts that look too firm and round, rather than soft and supple.
Lately I've been drawing a lot of braless girls in tanktops. It's a lot of fun, as the addition of fabric makes it more dynamic. The biggest problem I have with drawing bare breasts when doing lineart is the lack of landmarks and detail. Aside from the nipple, you can't really add any construction lines, so you have to rely almost entirely on the contour to define the shape.
