Yes I feel the same way somewhat, and I'm a big Jaime fan. I wonder whether his work is really stagnating or if it's simply that the rest of the industry has caught up to his level over the last few years. I know he has a young child so maybe has focused on being more a family man and just getting the job done for his paychecks to support them all instead of like the crazy improving stuff he did when he was much younger.

The images also seem a bit cleaner and more sterile than in the past, probably because he just is working on deadlines and using a set way of approaching form.

Not all his new images are this way though, and he still produces some great work, but OP hasn't posted up that much except the new Destiny stuff. I might do a small dump later of some images of his I have in better res and of other images. Even the paintings in this thread are really high level, just maybe not best in the world like his work used to be.
