I know i didn't advertise at the top that id be asking questions, but does anybody have a good method of removing paper lines in paint tool psy or clipstudio paint? (my main two art programs)

one of my concerns is that im seemingly unable to maintain a singular art style for my illustration.

im reluctant to post too much more of the content i have relevant to the actual "graphic novel". mainly because id hate to waste my time. if anyone posts a reply ill continue

the last image i drew while i was on acid. i know its not particularly good. but i still like it.

to elaborate on that , study how to make good lines ,study proportion, study anatomy, study forms, study perspective,study environments and real life, then after all that , study ink usage because by graphic novel im assuming you mean manga. get a g-pen, get screen tone, learn to use those,

no im saying by the rules no one under 18 is allowed on this board, and your art looks like middle school to high school student art. but if you follow that advice that will rapidly change.

also get a real sketchbook and stop using that shitty lined paper. its not good for anything except for your school work. it will only serve as a hindrance to your art work. and when posting here load your stuff into paint and re-size it to around 1k pixels. 6552x5052 is too big for most monitors.

sorry i have my scanner set to save files to be pretty damn large. but with my monitor i didn't even notice how big they where.

well lloyd just head on over to the book thread then and start reading. dont worry about a consistent style right now . you develop that later after all that other stuff. i reccommend loomis, vilppu, and books on perspective by people who's name escapes me at this time. work hard and you will get good. try to do 4 hours a day if you can at least. you can make time.
stay away from drugs while learning they will fuck up your creativity. i know it seems like they could help but in the end they dont really do much. if you want to make it and do your graphic novel you need to do a lot of work.
