Pretty shit. The idea behind the initial outline is fine, and sketching the shapes like that can be fine for depth overlapping etc, but that sketch/lineart is garbage anatomically and unsatisfying as shapes. There should be sharper lines going against bouncy lines, helps bring out shapes in directions better than just roundness everywhere. I had a decent tutorial for doing satisfactory muscles (tutorial was done by some kemono artist) but I can't find it.
Worst part is that people are following this shit.

This looks like an excuse to just approximate anatomy instead of learning it.
The final result is rather pillowy and Dad looking.
