If you take it with a grain of salt then Hogarth's (yes, Hogarth's) Dynamic Hands has some nice information, just keep in mind the drawings are exaggerated. Knowing that the wrist end is thicker than the knuckle end makes a lot of difference.

This.
Also Loomis has a whole book dedicated to hands which is worth looking into. For a short breakdown, look at Hampton's chapter on hands, it's pretty straightforward and explains the essentials of what makes a hand fairly well. So if you just want a rundown on how the major proportions, shapes and anatomy function this should do plenty for you.

Awful writing style, but valid information. I'd add that the 2/3 rule not only applies to the fingers, but the hand as a general. Carpus measures 2/3 of the metacarpus that is 2/3 of Phalanges (Fingers) in size.

Michael Hampton has a very, very good section on hand drawing.
