The truth way to approach art, to seek the internal relationship between both phenomenon. In truth, there's no different between each, but the different set of languages we have to understand them.


Maybe, on a deeper level, they both hold the same truth of the place we exist in.

being knowledgeable about math is helpful in art the same way being knowledgeable about the structure of the human anatomy is. in that it is helpful but not necessary, and being knowledgeable about those things in an academic sense doesn't mean you'll have an easier time making art.

constructional drawing is applied geometry. values are are light and shadow applied to geometry etc.

math is an abstraction of physics basically and art is representing our perception of those physics.
