sorry man, there's too much wrong with this that I have to refer you to the sticky. Good luck my friend.

I like it but the tangent between the white square at the bottom left and the girl's knee is annoying
the background in general is pretty bad, it's too saturated, too much shift in value and it's badly placed.
is it possible to specify those claims?

IMHO lots of mistakes here have a source in a not well-thought gesture. Ideally before laying structure of your figure you'd like to have it figured out first. I can see that your design process was quite different and didn't include it or drawing thumbnail beforehand.
It's hard to correct it at this point, but with digital nothing is impossible. Some thoughts:
1. Position of gun arm is silly and unnatural for aiming. If you are going for cool pose and one-hand shooting, you still have to think about whole motion. IMHO both in the case of drawing weapon in a swing and aiming at the side or calmly rising weapon and shooting to the left arm should be extended. Not completely, but nearly. You want to have weapon away from you to compensate for kickback.
If you didn't have enough space, you should have moved whole figure to the right.
2. Head, torso and waist+legs are 3 disjointed parts in your drawing. Also you should have indicated body twist at hips.
Never look at perspective in figure in shoulders. Orient yourself through position of waist.
IMHO torso needs to be reworked.
3. Graphical sign is simple and could be interesting, but right now is too blocky/boring. I'd cut those white rectangles in half so we'd have triangles.
Also disregard that faggot >>2922278 , when people have nothing to say they act with superiority.
Cool concept, keep on rockin'

Ok, now that I switched to my desktop, I saw that the sign should be a bunny.
In that case, enlarge the white squares and lower them. Also as >>2922286 suggested, avoid tangents, that is - the shared edges between contours or point and edge. Do this by overlapping and moving shapes. Remember about basic stuff when you have flat colors/can't modify value/have some gradient of it - objects closer to us seem larger than the one in the back.
