Honestly, Newgrounds has a better art critique forum because there are still a a few people who actually have talent and know how to critique properly unlike most of the d/ic/ks here.

There are a lot of people with talent on the site (It's produced EgoRaptor as well as a myriad of talented animators), but I don't know if going on that site to LEARN is exactly a good plan. Learning by example seems a lot more reasonable.
