The rendering is okay, could use a lot more vaoues though. The construction on the face, especially chin (?) Is really wonky, but the killer is the neck, it looks like a straight pole and doesnt connect to the head properly. Its looks almost as if the head is mounted to a spear/pike

Improvements: Clean up the line on the edge of the face.
Maybe crop the forehead a little lower
Crop the left up to the lipstick case
Crop the right side up to the eyebrow
