Going to clear this up for everyone this guy is a cartoonist, think newspaper comic strip, or cheap gag comics artist. He doesn't know how to draw anime but looking at the other channel videos from the time his were uploaded its very likely that the producer is making him draw something buzzwordy and popular for youtube views, Im also sure most were done in the same sitting, judging by the stack of Google image printouts next to him so he is not self aware of what he is doing
