First time doing abstract. any help or tips I can get?

What were you going for exactly? Abstract art is hard. You have to make it pleasing to the eye without particular concrete forms and yet it has to not be too somple.

learn what composition is
every little shape and element of your picture is separate from one another, there's really no unity in the piece, go overlap your shapes and have the elements play with each other, make it interesting

Abstract art works only when you look at it and imagine rubbing your dick through and if it feels nice it's good. When I look at your peice I feel like it will scrape my dcik out and I just want to leave at that point you know?

This reminds me of vomit and that makes me want to vomit. While the viewer should feel something when looking at your piece I doubt nausea is desired in any case. It's generally flat and so boring, made up of simple shapes used in an uninteresting way, the viewer is able to see all there is to offer at one glance, which is fine if the artist's vision is to be boring (not why most artists go the abstract route btw but there are near 8 billion people in the world it isn't hard to imagine one artist who deliberately chooses to have his work look uninspired.)
Any person can make abstract art, but it takes talent or at the very least technical skill to make good abstract art. Keep working on it.
