i'm actually watching color tutorials (like Sara Tepes for example ) and i'm frustrated and desesperated of not getting the same results, i really want to draw like her (is my objetive ) but i'm so blind rigth now, i don't know what to do
i'm mentally tired of trying and trying and not seeing a result

I think your colours are alright, OP but your anatomy is a bit off. Her right hand seems way off. Maybe try practicing in front of a mirror.
The pose also looks stiff to me, but that could just be me. Maybe bring the right arm closer to her chest for a more natural position. Holding a pencil that way doesn't feel comfortable or look comfortable
Also, the light source seems inconsistent (assuming it's coming from the left side of the image?). There's a shadow being cast under her right arm but then there are some more shadows added or missing in the wrong places.
Take her left arm as an example. You added shadows in areas where (I think?) the light should be hitting. Additionally, if the shadow is coming from the left side of the image, her pig tails shouldn't have a shadow on the left of the hair.
Overall your colours are nice, but I suggest working on anatomy and lighting. Keep working on it, OP!
step away from painting and colors.
and learn your fundies

Learning the fundamentals is good, but not too much. Don't do the same error as me. Here's why : You have to ENJOY the process to learn effectively. Learning for learning is useless. It's a waste of time. You have to use the fundamentals as TOOLS and not RULES. The best way to learn, and improve, is to learn while creating something you really love, something FOR YOU, something that you really care about.
Yes it's a bit scary, because you don't want to ruin your piece, or ruin your idea, but you have to try !
An exemple of process : You have a really cool idea that you really enjoy, start doing some sketch/research for it, even studies if you need ! And start your piece.
I did the mistake to study for study for too long, as a result I wasn't enjoying art as much anymore. My only goal was to 'git gud', and because i'm a perfectionist, I couldn't stop studying. I was too afraid to create.
When I started to focus on pieces I really wanted to finish and hang on my wall, my life got better. I'm enjoying art again. Yes i'm using unconsciously the fundamentals I learned, but trust me, the only thing that got stick in my head was the studies I actually enjoyed ( anatomy studies from sexy women for exemple ).
last advice : Take advice with a grain of salt. Do your thing. You're the only person who knows how you want your art to be.
In a nutshell : Draw for you, not to 'git gud'. And you will improve. That's a fact you can see on many "talented" artist. The right words are "hard-working and passionate" artist.
this is just OP pretending to ask about herself, right?

fuk
too real.
I'm afraid to put my good ideas on paper because I feel like I will ruin them.
Less typing, more drawing

It's okay anon! Even if you mess up, you can always just draw it again!
