Hi lads, I worked on this drawing for a while, but I can't handle her hands, I tried several times like you can see on her right, but I can't find a decent way to make them... Anyone could help?

hands are tricky since they have so many small parts
therefore you want to draw big and use a sharp pencil.
once you understand how hands work it's easier to scale things back down and draw a simplified version that still looks good
check out the loomis book on hands & faces

Like this >>2883518 said. Plus draw with a large Sketchbook, paper etc. for more room for drawing hands properly.
