It's good that op posts a lot of drawings, it's much easier to tell where he is at than from 1 pic.

Your most glaring weakness is that you have no sense of form and space in any of your drawings.
You should familiarise yourself with the rules of perspective, and do drawings of simple objects where you draw through the form.

If I were at your level the first thing I'd do is download Keys to Drawing and finish all the exercises. You need to understand that you're symbol drawing and also should learn basic perspective soon - read Perspective Made Easy for that

Would tap. Those open legs and breasts. There even looks like an ass in the back while the halberd's shape looks like a dick. The neck further establishes this by relating to the long handle. There's a long tail at the back to really connect it again.
