Buy several anatomy books. Copy out every image in them and read all the text. Repeat as necessary.

If you're a complete beginner you don't start with anatomy.

You start with gesture, then construction. Move into anatomy later. And to answer your question directly, use one of the books, like pic related.

Forget about anatomy for a while. Get a good grasp of form and gesture. Draw boxes.
