You should already know it'll take you years to achieve. If you haven't spent years yet, then you don't give up.

Focus on composition and perspective (accurately drawing complex poses in perspective and exaggerating them for the sake of coolness).

He just gave you pretty specific advice, stop asking to be spoon-fed.
Focus on one concept, then draw from your imagination and try to apply what you've learned, take note of your short-comings and then focus on another singular aspect where you need work, then do another piece from your imagination and repeat.
