Why do you want three different types of paint?
If you are a beginner, you should stick to learning one type for now before you spend money buying things you might never use.
R&L paints are really cheap quality as well. They might not do the medium justice. Not to mention, the website is sketchy as hell.
You might be able to find mostly unused art kits like this on craigslist with better paints.
The worst thing for a beginner is getting sucked into hoarding art supplies.
Just choose one type of paint, buy a reasonably priced student quality paint, a couple of brushes, paper, and palette.
Actually, for less than the price of the kit, you could buy a box of 12 professional quality watercolor pans (\>$60)

That leaves you with plenty of money leftover to spend on paper and brushes.
