To critique beyond that would be to say start over the whole piece. You're very clearly trying to do a drawing with no understanding of what you're drawing. That is the classic mis step of an amateur. My generic advice is to hard core practice the fundamentals as all amateurs must do if they want to not be amateurs anymore.
