Chinese and western visual language is different and will be for a long time. Chinese aren't too overly fond of western design and the west isn't too overly fond of chinese design. Chinese also heavily focus on details whereas simplicity is more valued in the west. Chinese will never "conquer" the western world in terms of design and art becaue of this.

Smudge tool isn't bad. There the artist is in full control. But when you start using a filter like sharpen then it indicate that the artist didn't have the skill and just hit a random button until an effect that looked good popped up.

I did take a look at the source referenced and I didn't know that that was the case in Sweden, I'll have to look into that further on why so many assailants are unknown.

The stats for sexual assault are actually pretty level over this period with a spike which has been declining and doesn't seem to fully follow the immigration pattern
