Wouldn't a fast character want to be aerodynamic? Why are his clothes so loose and baggy? he looks like hes on his way to prison.

When tracing, don't just do it mindlessly. I trace poses for efficiency and when I do I typically just grab the major angle changes and proportions, then draw with those guidelines.
Based on that face you drew, I suggest that you step back a bit and study more of the "fundamentals", check out the sticky for some information and places to go to study them.
