Does anyone know of a good life model book/website with good dynamic poses. Ryan Ottley is my hero but I don't like practicing from other drawings, I prefer real life models
You have a cgpeers acc? There's a torrent there with some dynamic poses. It's called "Comic & Fantasy Artists Photo Reference Colossal Collection of Action Poses"
If you don't have an account or can't find it anywhere else, lemme know, I'll reupload it for you once I get home (will take about 8h for me to get there, tho).

Oh wow! I don't but I would really appreciate it. I have to sleep anyway so that would be great.

Ah... Ryan "I do foreshortening by omitting the lower leg and just draw the thigh" Ottley.
>>2849779
Exactly

Here's another. I'll defend him until my last breath.
Bumping for interest

I ended up getting home earlier, so here it is:

Hope it ends up being useful.

Ryan "I made it because I draw better than you" Ottley
>>2849908
Is this legit?
>>2849762
Oh shit.
Anymore like this?
>>2850162
It is, I swear.
Here's a page.

Not that I have personally seem on cgpeers, but I bet there is more books like it. If you don't have an account and have a name, I can try to find and reupload to you (just not something too big, I have 3rd world internet).

Thank you very much.
>>2850162
Yeap.
Its hardly comic kind type of expressive dynamic poses that play with perspective and fov effect but I find Proko models to be really, really fucking good.
if you interested search for Proko models Aron, Marcia, Yoni, Chanon, Veronica.

>life model book
I don't think you got the life part right

>"draws better than me"
>can't foreshort a leg correctly
Bruce Timm does the same ugly cheat and it annoys the fuck out of me when I see capeshit artists do that.

post your work

Yeah, it seems like most guys don't realize this. The average capeshit pencil artist doesn't exactly draw things in true perspective, it's just memorized foreshortening shapes with a little eyeballing involved.
>>2850390
It's about time to post your work.
I didn't know I share this board with professional concept artists.
>>2850441
It's kinda funny how things that are technically in correct perspective actually look off more so than stylize.
>>2850449
True, but the foreshortening depends on the "lens" aswell.
>>2850441
What's the best way to foreshorten things in true perspective?
Does anyone know?
>>2849779
Ah... Dunning "dunning-kruger" Kruger
