Does anyone here have a 1440p monitor? I'm considering to upgrade from 1080p for the screen real estate in Photoshop, but still feel of kind iffy about the smaller fonts, UI and all that. Opinions? Also 27" or smaller?

lmao this question is so for me. My computer is a 1440p 27 inch 60hz. The main adjustment to be made is webpages need more help being setup as in 150% most all of them, and pictures are VERY small. The internet is currently built for 1k , not 2.5. All in all I appreciate it for games but it's not that big a deal on photoshop either. You may want to go 2x 1k instead and save some money. Lastly, I really couldn't see myself going for a second screen, so a 27 incher for me, is a death sentence on that front, and it's not very comfortable for reference, it may be better to go for an ultra wide instead

TLDR; singular experiences are better when they scale up ( single pane photoshop, movies, videogame) but needs tinkering. Things aren't really made to scale ( on the bottom for example its quite a small toolbar if that bothers you.)

I'm much more concerned about the screen real estate with Photoshop because I need to open a lot of references while working. Occasionally I have a VLC video always on top as well. And as you can imagine, my 22" 1080p tends to feel claustrophobic.

As someone with the 22" Cintiq, it'll be a tight fit on your desk. I have a similar sized keyboard, so I'm trying to judge how well it will fit based on that.

You need a little of space behind it because the Cintiqs angle can easily be adjusted, and that's way more useful than it sounds. Doing so increases the surface area of the stand.

Keep in mind you'll probably want to keep your keyboard in front of it, so you need space to fit it.

I hope you work it out though - getting a 22" Cintiq was a game changer for me.
