Mark Crilley, Yoh Yoshinari, and Krenz Cushart.
I have a hard time deciding who's the best since they all seem to be on the same level. What does /ic/ think

> Mark Crilley
fucking kek
>Yoh Yoshinari
god
>Krenz Cushart
demigod
also, hello Mark.
Hate Crilley dawg if you want but without him I wouldn't have kept with drawing back when I was a wee lad in middle school, I'm sure it's the same for a lot of people. Besides he's not even that bad.

So you already gave up on your pathetic bait after the first reply? Sad.
The problem with American anime artists is they take influence from ten years ago and stuff they grew up with, they don't go with current Japanese trends. Japanese agents most common complaint with "american manga" is it looks too old to sell now.
Crilley has fallen for the same hole, would've been great 10 years ago, now it looks weird
I used to be 12 and would watch all of Mark's videos kek. Good and fun times, but I never learned anything besides simple perspective and basic graphite pencil tips.

not everything is bait

Well, it better be bait. If you seriously see no skill difference between Yoh Yoshinari, Krenz and fucking Mark Crilley, then there's no helping you as an artist,.

Do you have me confused for as being the OP? Because all I said was he was a big motivator keeping me as an artist present day.
>>2845184
>Mark Crilley
Loving every laugh
>>2845328
Mark is like the only one though. The others one have caught up with time.

Something always feels off when an American tries to mimic anime and I have no idea what it is.
