I'm impressed by his linework really, it captures all those subtle bumps. His hand is super steady and his eyes must be amazing for detail. That pencil work done on that page is just wow, didn't realize that could be possible with just a small sketch.

Didn't know Ruan Jia could speak English, so that was interesting to see.

I'm one from the sketchbook thread. I work in animation at a pretty junior level. This arguement gives me the idea that you guys havent got the slightest clue what being an artist is about... Being better means shit if your ego is that big. Sharing knowledge, seeing potential, raising the bar of the artform. Just realising there is so much more to achieve with a group effort. Even the old masters had many apprentices. Respect each others work and level. Even if youre better gives you any bragging rights. It just shows your insecurity. Help each other out with some knowledge instead.
